Franchise Frameworks Facebook Lead Ads App Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Founder Frameworks Corp, doing business as Franchise Frameworks (“Franchise Frameworks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information in connection with our Facebook Lead Ads integration app and related services (the “Facebook App Services”).

This policy applies specifically to the Facebook App Services used to connect Facebook Pages, retrieve lead data submitted through Facebook Lead Ads forms, route that data into Franchise Frameworks systems and client workflows, and support related follow-up and lead-management activities.

This policy is intended for:

  • business users who connect a Facebook Page, account, or lead form to the Facebook App Services; and

  • individuals whose information is submitted through a Facebook Lead Ads form that is connected to the Facebook App Services.

1. What Information We Collect

We may collect, receive, store, and process the following categories of information in connection with the Facebook App Services:

  • account and connection information, such as the name of the business user connecting the integration, connected account identifiers, Page identifiers, form identifiers, and integration status details;

  • lead information submitted through Facebook Lead Ads forms, such as name, email address, phone number, general location, and other information included in the form by the client brand;

  • campaign and submission metadata, such as lead identifiers, ad identifiers, ad set identifiers, campaign identifiers, form identifiers, timestamps, source details, and related activity or routing data;

  • workflow, diagnostic, and usage information, such as logs, audit records, webhook records, sync status, troubleshooting details, and security-related data;

  • limited follow-up and engagement status information, such as whether a lead remains active with a client brand or becomes inactive within the client brand’s candidate discovery process.

We may also receive information from the client brand and from service providers that help us operate the Facebook App Services.

2. How We Use Information

We use information processed through the Facebook App Services to:

  • connect and manage Facebook Lead Ads integrations for client brands;

  • retrieve, validate, route, store, and process lead submissions;

  • deliver the integration and related workflow, CRM, automation, and lead-management services requested by the client brand;

  • support follow-up communications, qualification, and franchise candidate management on behalf of the client brand;

  • maintain, secure, monitor, troubleshoot, improve, and audit the Facebook App Services;

  • comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect our rights, systems, users, and services.

3. Our Role

In connection with lead data submitted through a client brand’s Facebook Lead Ads forms, Franchise Frameworks generally acts as a service provider and processor on behalf of the client brand using the Facebook App Services.

The business user who connects the Facebook App Services authorizes Franchise Frameworks to receive, store, process, route, and use submitted lead data to operate the integration and perform lead-management and follow-up services on that client brand’s behalf, subject to the client brand’s instructions, this policy, our agreements, and applicable law.

Franchise Frameworks maintains each client brand’s lead data separately from that of other client brands. Lead data submitted through a client brand’s Facebook Lead Ads forms is used only for that client brand, and not for other brands or for our own marketing purposes.

Franchise Frameworks may also retain and use operational, security, diagnostic, and audit data for our own legitimate business purposes, as described in this policy and in our general Privacy Policy, and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information processed through the Facebook App Services with:

  • the client brand that authorized or uses the integration;

  • service providers, contractors, and subprocessors that help us host, operate, secure, support, route, process, or maintain the Facebook App Services;

  • professional advisors, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other parties when required to comply with law, enforce our rights, or protect our services or users;

  • parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.

We do not share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to service providers that support our services, such as customer service, communications, hosting, or technical support providers, is permitted as needed to operate the Facebook App Services.

5. Retention

We retain personal information collected through the Facebook App Services for as long as needed to:

  • provide and support the Facebook App Services;

  • operate client workflows and lead-management services;

  • maintain security, audit, and business records; and

  • comply with legal, contractual, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business need or legal obligation to process the information, we will delete, anonymize, or de-identify it. If deletion is not immediately possible, including where data remains in backup archives, we will securely store and isolate the data until deletion is possible in the normal course.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information processed through the Facebook App Services. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Privacy Rights and Requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your data is processed, subject to applicable law.

If you are an individual whose information was submitted through a client brand’s Facebook Lead Ads form, you may contact either:
